DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-6 business days but may ship sooner. Express shipping options will be shipped same day if placed before noon EST during normal volume periods. During high volume sales it may take 5-10 Business Days to ship. Thanks for your patience and support with our independent brand

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Standard & Expedited international shipping. International-Standard includes DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, typically a 7-30 day delivery. International-Expedited includes UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx, typically a 1-6 day delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order status page that you can refer back to at any time. You will also immediately receive a confirmation email, and further notification emails as soon as your order ships, is out for delivery, and is finally delivered.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
JIUDI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
JIUDI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final once they are shipped. We're a small independent team, we ask that you please carefully commit to your purchase at checkout.
